In December 2024, I was delighted to sit down and chat with the insightful and hilarious, Denise Wilson. Denise is a library thought leader in New Zealand, a successful business woman, and hosts a popular podcast called Let’s Talk Libraries. It’s here that she has interviewed some of the leading minds of library land.

Of course, I was absolutely flattered when she asked me to join her to talk about all things design thinking, libraries, and the dangers of bad consultants. I even manage to squeeze in a cheese joke at the end!
