ALIA National Conference, May 2024

At the ALIA National Conference in sunny Adelaide, I performed a stand-up comedy set about the patron characters, the joys, the frustrations and the hilarity that is working in libraries.

I took the audience on a hilarious romp through the top ten things that no-one ever tells you when you enroll in library school through to the things that make it all worthwhile.

It was a career highlight to make over 200 people laugh along with me. There’s nothing more I love than talking about libraries and being a dork!
